At a special meeting Monday evening May 16, the Big Sandy City Council met and officially canvassed the results of the May 7th election. Sworn were newly elected members Sonny Parsons and Ronnie Norman, along with incumbent Sue Jones. Mrs. Jones was also elected Mayor Pro-Tem.
