COMO-PICKTON  – armony’s boys racked up 166 points to outdistance second place Hawkins (108) and Winnsboro (105) in the nine team field.

Harmony Lady Eagle thinclads ran away with the meet crown by scoring 191 points while Alba-Golden  was second with 142 and Hawkins third with 86.

In the boys’ varsity division, Harmony claimed 56 points in the three relay events with first place finishes in the 4x100M and 4x400M relays plus a second place showing in the 4x200M event.    The winning sprint relay team was composed of Mike Edmonson, Konrad Eichelman, Austin Wingfield, and Barrett Hill.    The 1600M team included Chris McMillan, Zac Tollett, Eichelman, and Edmonson.   The 4x200M relay team from Harmony is made of Wingfield, Eichelman, McMillan, and Tollett.

Gold medalist for Harmony in the meet included:  Hill in the 110M hurdles, Wayon Lay in the discus, Sam Ross in the triple jump, and Collin Jones in pole vault.    Silver medalists for Harmony were Edmonson, 100M dash and long jump; Tollett, 200M dash; Ty Pilcher, discus; and McMillan, high jump.

Others scoring points for the victorious Eagles included:  Wingfield, 4th in 200M; Sam Ross, 5th in 200M and 4th in long .ump; Tollett, 3rd in long jump; Lay, 4th in shot put; and Jeremy Dawson, 5th in shot put.

Harmony’s girls’ team also grabbed 56 relay points with first place finishes in the 4x100M and 4x200M relays plus a second place finish in the 1600M relay event.    Harmony’s winning sprint relay squad consists of Hunter Morris, Aleah Daily, Brogan Stuart, and Raylee Willie.   The 4×200 team is Morris, Daily, Stuart, and Elizabeth Hawkins.    The 4×400 runners are Willie, Daily, Elizabeth Spencer, and Jalyne Riggs.

Lady Eagles claiming gold medals at Como-Pickton were Maddie Ebert who scored 30 points with first place finishes in the 100M dash, 400M dash, and pole vault.   Spencer also claimed gold in the triple jump, and Kaylee Clemens in high jump.

Silver medalists from Harmony at the meet were Morris, 200M and long jump; Daily, 800M; Marlee Seahorn, 300M hurdles.

Others placing for the Harmony girls were:  Aleah Daily, 3rd, 200M; Hawkins, 5th, 200M; Casi Castillo, 5th, 800M; Reagan Tuck, 3rd, 1600M;  Sydney Harty, 4th, 800M; Kalie Byrd, 4th, 100M hurdles; Kaylee Clemens, 4th, 300M hurdles; Hope Howard, 3rd, shot put and 5th, discus; Emily Porter, 6th, discus; Katelyn Wellborn, 5th, shot put; and Trista Dailey, 4th, triple jump.
