Save the Date for a very special program on June 6, 2017. “Dinner Tonight………..Cooking with Chef Cruz” will be held on June 6, 2017 at the Hidden Lakes Hunting Lodge in Yantis, TX from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Join Texas A & M AgriLife Extension and Hidden Lakes Hunting Lodge as we team up for a special program demonstrating healthy cooking techniques for wild game such as Buffalo, Duck,
Quail and Red Stage. FCS Extension Agents will also be sharing recipes for delicious side dishes to pair with the wild game. Chef Cruz Minjarez is originally from San Antonio, TX and has worked as an Executive Chef in Alaska before coming the Hidden Lakes Hunting Lodge.
Registration is $20.00 per person if received by May 12. The first 20 people to register will be on a tasting panel. If registrations are received after May 12, the fee is $25.00 per person with limited seating. All attendees will receive a goody bag and will be eligible for door prizes.
