GILMER–The Upshur County Grand Jury returned 21 indictments, 15 of them sealed, on Jan. 30, said District Attorney Billy Byrd.

Defendants, charges and bond information in the open indictments was as follows, his office reported:

David Alexander Lambert, 42, of Big Sandy, possession of controlled substance (heroin) on Jan. 18, 2018, $10,000

Joe Michael Bunn, 46, of Gilmer, theft of property of the value of $30,000 or more but less than $150,000 last Sept. 10, $5,000

Colton Blaze Green, 20, of Gilmer, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine) on March 9, 2018, $50,000  

Stacy Lambert Green, a 52-year-old Gilmer woman, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine) on March 9, 2018, $50,000

Justin Heath Allen, 34, of Gilmer, delivery of controlled substance (methamphetamine)  on March 14, 2018. Although bond was set at $35,000, Allen was released to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on previous other Upshur County charges.

Ore City resident William Chad Martin, who turns 35 Feb. 12, delivery of controlled substance (methamphetamine) on March 14, 2018, $35,000 

Identity of anyone charged in the sealed indictments was not disclosed because no arrests had been made in those cases, Byrd said.

They included five for possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (methaphetamine), five for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), two each for assault–family violence (occlusion) and tampering with physical evidence, and one for possession of marijuana.
